How do I delete my account?
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning progress, vocabulary lists, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Option 1: From the app
- Open Hanzio and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete account in the danger zone
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap the delete button
Option 2: Contact us
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, send a message to support@hanzio.app from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
How do I reset my learning progress?
Warning: Resetting your progress is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning data, including card progress, streaks, and statistics will be permanently erased.
Option 1: From the app
- Open Hanzio and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Reset progress in the danger zone
- Type RESET to confirm and tap the reset button
Option 2: Contact us
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request a reset via email, send a message to support@hanzio.app from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Reset Progress Request" in the subject line.
How do I reset my password?
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Follow the link to create a new password
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still have trouble, contact us at support@hanzio.app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the app store where you made your purchase:
iOS (App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Find Hanzio and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Hanzio and tap Cancel subscription
After canceling, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
